Try to prime the truck using the fuel filter pump. Crack the bleeder screw and pump it until fuel starts to come out and there is no more air. Once its pure fuel, stop priming the pump and tighten the screw. Push on the primer. (it should be hard) If it doesn't get hard you may have to rebuild the fuel filter housing.
