As far as I know 8-7 is still the best outside of AR. AR Recruit farming is on 15-8 Hard or 15-9 Normal. 15-8 Hard gets you a little less recruits than 15-9 Normal but if you're using loot tickets 15-8 saves you a ton. Yes still 8-7 sadly. For AR, 15-8H gives you 50 recruits every time. 15-9N gives you ~30. Everyone seems to have an opinion on which levels to best farm heroes, I personally have done extremely well in 16-6. 16-6 does indeed appear to be a good spot for farming heroes. In 20 data runs, I got 15 heroes (10 x 1* + 5 x 2*), for an average of 0.15 heroes per World Energy.
