So I'm building some element specific personas in Royal, and some of the skills I'm looking for don't seem to have skill cards that are obtainable through the electric chair as far as I have been able to tell. The skills I'm looking for are Fire Boost, Psy Boost, Curse Boost, Fire Amp, Psy Amp ...
