I had been told once by a ute racer that the check valve/tank breather that comes out of the tank and is in line on the right side rear would do that. The 300cc is oil/air cooled so that "mini radiator" you spotted would be the oil cooler. I went to go out and play in the mud a bit this weekend, and fell thru some ice into a swamp, just over the bottom of the running boards, the quad continued running and never died.Curious what you find out. The needle seat has a small screen and it was plugged only letting a small amout of fuel into the bowl. If you look at the module with the terminals pointing down, the two on the left go to the pickup coil (black and blue on my '86).
