Hacker or any dodge build is fine as long you don't absolutely rely on dodge and let jesus take the wheel. Use a good stoic build for DSOD, or a dodge build which is not hacker or sicario.You don't benefit from faster-med bag deployment (unless leech); if you want that 10% reduction, just use FAK. Painkillers benefit inspire aced a lot because it make heavy armor build (ie. armorer, anarchist, crook) near invincible and helps stoic, kingpin and leech survive a certain death after being revived
