Hi All, I have a LR4 and the cat waste stacks up in the drawer like a little pyramid. This causes the litter robot to tell me the drawer is full and stop cycling. So, I go shake the drawer and spread the waste out and it starts running again fine. If the liner is up too high, it can block the DFI, making the unit think the drawer is full. If the full notification persists after checking the liner, the DFI lenses might be dirty.
