It is not clear to me if both ICE and hybrids have them. In any case, maybe the store that replaced the battery did not reset it or properly reconnect it.

It has 73,000 miles on it and previously I had the start stop issue so I changed both the main and aux batteries, both are AGM. I changed them in late October so they are only 4 months old right now.
