Tivo error v58.
Jan 1, 2020 · Got the TA units, connected them (or so I thought), and still no dice. Getting V53 errors, even after forcing the TiVos to reconnect to HQ. AND, no one told me until I called the CableCard folks, then I needed a splitter to send the cable signal both to the TiVo and the turning adapter(TA). AND, that a USB cable is to connect the TA to the TiVo.
We are having the same issue, have had 2 service calls, and today received a new cable card and high split converter. Usually if I power cycle the tuning adapter it fixes the problem (at least for a few weeks). If that doesn't work, try pulling out the CableCard and pushing it back in.

However, over the past year, I have had two specific channels throw V52 errors on and off (they worked for a while then stopped working again). Oddly, one of the channels works fine in SD but not HD. I ran diagnostics and there is no signal lock on either channel. I spent an hour on chat with Verizon tech support, and they sent me a new CableCARD.

Dec 4, 2020 · We went though all the cable card diag screens and it was syncing and authorized and the signal was strong. Restarting gets it to work for a while and then it's back to V58 Error Code. One of the troubleshooting tips was to remove and reseat the cable card. Holy mother that thing was HOT.
