Sadly they dropped the ball so currently the 7 and 7 pro can't use eSIM on Visible's network. The phones support the technology, other carriers support eSIM for them but Visible didn't perform due diligence and make sure they were ready for eSIM at launch. I'd expect within 1-2 months it will be compatible.
