Kaioken itself sucks becaus eyou take 10% more damage in kkx3 and 30% more damage in KKx20. The damage increases and lower stamina on vanishes is not worth it.

If you use nap time super soul with meditation you have no ki regen on SSBE. If you use Fu’s you get a small ki regen. So it is up to you what you want.
