265 posts · Joined 2015. #2 · Jun 2, 2018. I own both. Build quality is comparable but the simple answer is striker or hammer fired! For striker fired, the VP9 is excellent out-of-the-box. I admit I feel that my P30L trigger could use a little work. HK VP9, P2000SK 9mm, P2000 9mm, 45c, USP 45 SS (sold), P30L, Mark 23 & PCS 9.
There are 3 gens for the CZ P-10 Gen 1, Gen 2 and what I call Gen 1.5. If recomend a hammer like a p-01 if you want a little bit more weight, but the P-07s have better grips that aren’t so bad. I work at a NFA shop, and fun fact most people can’t stipple a VP9 bc the grip is so thin.FN 509 vs VP9 Concealed Carry. The P-10F "feels" better in my hand than the P-09 but it's taking me longer to get a solid, consistent grip out of the holster that won't fall apart under pressure with the P-10 than it ever did with the P-09.

glock 19. I have no experience with the CZ, but I love my VP9. I just got a vp9sk. The trigger felt quite a bit better than the p10c and while they were both good in the hand the VP9 has the inserts and you can really tailor it. Due to that alone, I am going to have to say the winner of the HK P30 vs. VP9 aftermarket is the HK VP9, but not by much. Condition of both is used, excellent. Been running them side by side at the range and find that they are equally accurate and reliable w no malfunctions shooting paper. I started with G19 but now prefer an HK VP9 in every configuration. The VP9 has nicer ambidextrous features but really it’s mostly about what feels right to shoot.
