The noise sounds like its from the passenger side so that makes me think those two are the culprit.Seems to be more pronounced from the drivers side. Can’t tell if it’s lower or higher on the engine but seems to be higher. Could be the high pressure fuel pump, it is located in the driver's side front of the engine. Sometimes it's there and sometimes it's not. When I do hear it, it's not continous either...like a few times per second and then nothing, with no pattern.

Some people do find different brand oil seems to quieten the noise some but experimentation is key for some because not all oils act the same in all engines..
