Jul 27, 2023 · Dozens of emails and recorded conversations documenting that Cigna doesn't have to accept PPO patients which is untrue. Cigna is out of integrity on many levels and provides inconsistent and misinformation from agent to agent. I know these reviews don’t matter because insurance companies don’t care if we’re happy.
