John deere shuttle shift problems.

Got the wife and 850i back in October 11. It got where it was hard to shift. Called the dealer they came and picked it up and stated they put a new clutch in it. Shifter adjustment on JD6400. I'm having a problem aligning the shift lever, shift gate, neutral detent and adjustment bolt. The Bowden cables are disconnected. I've got the tech manual (page in thumbnails) detailing how to do it. Removing the adjustment bolt and aligning everything, you can see I need about 1/4" more adjustment.
