Tbh I did not like the 300 pg document at all. A lot of psych terms are just fancy words for stuff that is common sense. I felt the 300 pg document was bloated with too much fluff and images that didn’t help. I liked the 86 pg doc because it just got straight to the point. Doing uearth was much more useful than reading an extra 214 pages

A lot of advice points to foregoing the Kaplan P/S book so I've come across the KA 86 page document. For B/B I went through both Kaplan books and made my own Anki cards and would like to do the same here, but the document doesn't seem as comprehensive as I'd like. Honestly psychology is easy but the diificulty is sociology, so blaze through psych on the 300 pg and spend most of your time on the sociology videos/part of the document. More information the better. TRUST ME. Just do the 300 pg doc to start off with and then switch over to 85 pg doc for subsequent studying.
This post is also for those really that used the 100 page document and still scored 130 - 132 in their FLs and also consistently did well solely using the 100 pg + Uworld + AAMC. I guess my real question is those that used the 100 page document, do you think it was more than enough, and you didn't have a strong background.
The 300 page doc is as close to a transcription of the KA videos as you'll get. The 86 page covers most of the high-level concepts. If you're watching the KA videos on 2x speed and absorbing what they say, you'll cover everything you need. ... Unpopular opinion, but the Kaplan P/S book slaps and I've been averaging 90%+ on USmurf P/S without touching the 300 page or 86. I do plan on going through the 300 page regardless though. Reply
