At 10k exp per sword thats 710k smithing exp. If you made Mith/Addy Plate bodies first, that would be 200 mith plates and 200 addy plates for 112,500 xp. Using those plate bodies that would be approximately 57 foundry trips for 570k from foundry plus tbe 112.5k for 682.5k total. Assuming you did 14/14 addy/mith and got ~30k/sword (average is higher after all moulds) you'd get about 43m from the foundry and then another ~13k per rune bar from 2H so about 80m total. The wiki has a helpful breakdown on the Giant's Foundry page. Basically there's "mould" points and "metal" points, and the number of steps in a sword only depends on the "metal" points. The two points get added together at the end for your final score. At 90 "metal" points a sword becomes 6 steps long, and 14 Addy/14 Mith gives 95.
