I run Scather/Utilitarian on my Strider and she does pretty good. I would probably say run Utilitarian and then choose between scather and challenger. I've been running my pawn as a tank since she was built. I have 30 of every inclination potion in my bank at all times just for testing purposes.

Purchase at least 5 of your desired inclination elixirs (5 scather bottles and 5 utilitarian bottles,), plus 1 neutralizing elixir to start. Take the neutralizing elixir first then the rest of the elixirs.
