To check what graphics you have, search in the Windows start menu Device and click Device Manager. You should see a bunch of arrows of stuff again. Click the arrow next to Display adapters which will give you your graphics name. Consult this hierarchy chart of graphics. Ctrl+f to find the GTX 470 or 6970.
