Going off how the NCLEX adapts, I don't necessarily think your pass or fail was entirely dependent on that last question. I mean it certainly could've been, just not the case 100% of the time that someone goes to 145. Plus keep in mind, some people are randomly selected to go all the way to 145 questions, no matter how well you're actually doing.I took the NCLEX this morning at 8 am. Passed at 145 questions. I tested this week and just found out I passed NCLEX! I had 41 SATA, a ton of priority and delegation and three of the "place in order" questions. I also only had one drug calculation, one ABG and one ECG question. My advice is to expect to take the full 145 because it definitely caught me off guard.
