I called Instacart Support and had them transfer me to the shopper support team, and I was told I had to respond to the email I got from Trust and Safety.The referral bonus for referring a shopper in NJ at that time was $850. I had to complete 50 batches within 30 days in order for her to receive the bonus. Long and pathetic story short, I ran 53 batches between 1/4/21 and 1/31/21.
