IMO the twinblade moveset is much worse than the curved greatsword one and the bloodhound fang's weapon art is much better than the poleblade. I also, generally, don't really like the weapons with innate bleed+arcane scaling. Ideas for talismans are Rotten Wing / Millie's Prosthesis, the usual Crimson Amber, Dragoncrest, Blessed Dew, and Green Turtle. Pair that with Thorny Cracked Tear and maybe Flame Shrouding.
