When you get in 2nd, 3rd, or 4th gear you can give it gas but it will not speed up right away, it will start speeding up slowly and once it gets enough speed it runs fine, or until you change to the next gear. It kinda feels like it is winding up like a fully automatic atv does. I was thinkin if you go to kawasaki.com you can look it all up yerself. You might have better luck than me. The needle seat has a small screen and it was plugged only letting a small amout of fuel into the bowl.
