Recently I have drifted away from using Memento in my DPS-style builds (Spotter, Scum Cannon, Obliterate, etc), and I now use a max'd-out Ceska backpack with Unstoppable Force. Unstoppable Force is a fantastic talent (which is actually an echo of a 4-piece Hunter's Fury), and unless you are running an SMG, Ceska is an important brand. Memento benefits from hybrid build. Especially if you have 2~3 blue or yellow core instead of full red. Personally, I'd go for a 3 red 2 blue build with technician. That way you still have a decent damage output and survivability and 2 skill tiers with the backpack.
