This has been perfectly capable of cycling every 390/391 that I ever tried them in. 3/4 oz loadings at that speed can be very iffy on cycling. You can find 7/8 oz recipes for your Clays at THIS LINK.

I've used the Claybuster CB1118-12 (WAA12 type) for some of my 1-1/8 oz loads, they seem to work OK at just a little over 1200 FPS but hadn't tried the CB0178's. I haven't had too much trouble with the crimps, but I'm only on my 2nd or 3rd time around on most of these hulls.

Most people just learn to live with the hole in the center, or use an over shot card, or something else ontop of the shot. The only way I was able to get 100% closed shells with 7/8th's ounce in those hulls was to use the 1-ounce WAA12SL wads (CB-1100, or green duster). The bag of wads contains a paper inside it with load data using Extra-Lite, 700x, and Red Dot, as well as other powders.
