With all of the feats in the chain I'm planning, the ancestry would have one cantrip, one 1st level focus spell, one 2nd or 3rd level focus spell, one 4th level focus spell, and 3 focus points. With the recent discussions around psychic archetype and focus spells in general have noticed that this is a bit overlooked. The requirement for refocus is having used a focus point since you last refocused. So there is no way to regain a second one, barring some abilities. You need the mostly level 12 feat. Level 18 for refocusing 3 points.

The preview says "The maximum number of Focus Points in your pool is always equal to the number of focus spells you know", which I interpret as you may have more than 3 focus points. P.S. I also assume Psychic will have significant review. Probably Amp will be considered a focus spell now, which is a free action before cantrip cast.
