Mine did this once because it got bound up due to a strap getting caught in the door frame. You couldn't tell, it seemed like it was shut normal. My Polaris has an intermittent electrical problem. After it’s sat overnight, I get the 6 green light code on the SEVCON. I can disconnect the batteries and wait for an hour, then reconnect the batteries to fix the problem.
