Pardon Our Dust can be acquired by completing Dares of Eternity in Destiny 2. Like the weapon, this activity was added as part of the 30th Anniversary Pack. However, players do not need to own the Pack to participate in Dares of Eternity. During the activity, a special currency called Treasure Keys can be obtained. The grind in dares is so real. I guess I wasn't clear but I meant the gear they just added from the previous seasons. But the grind for the red border weapons is taking forever though. I feel you.
