you just need another operator that's definitely not bugged (so if you have active slot 3 on a 0 streak, dismiss that and reassign then go in with that operator and do a contract and extract, that will put it on 1. then swap back to the bugged operator and go in, do a contract and Exfil and you should see a different perk to the one you were ...

Clearly that's not the case then. Also of interest is the fact that the first 4 perks you got are tier 1 perks, the next 4 are tier 2 perks, and the last 2 are tier 3 (ultimate) perks.It says on the map when choosing before deploying/matchmaking, same as well for b21. I've had them work part of a match and turn off. I'm now leaning towards it being the stash amount. I'm at 13 now. And as long as I have 3 open spots at exfil I keep everything. I'll usually keep a 3 plate and large rut now then decide at the end whether or not to TS or exfil.
