Dec 5, 2023 @ 11:04am. i have the same issue. the red 0 comes back after clicking the engram. the tek replicator didn't show up to craft. i spawned one in to test if the engrams were locked and i can craft all the tek gear and building parts and wear the armour. if you can get a replicator to use you should be fine. #2.
