When it came back I got on the Hughesnet System Control Center and ran the connectivity test again. It now shows 0 packet loss and it says I have a good connection to the internet.Best advice until then is to manually uninstall the version you are using, then download and install v6.6.1. I'm not totally sure the new version will overwrite/automatically uninstall the old one since the name changed, so always good to uninstall the old one to avoid a version conflict. Hope this helps.

Anyway, I now have internet connectivity but I'm unable to get to the system control center at 192.168..1 from any device on our network (I was using two different Android devices with Dolphin browser). I can, however, get to the wifi settings page at 192.168.42.1. Once downloaded and unzipped be sure to run setup.bat NOT setup.exe. At least that was the trick for me. The reps are normally on M-F from approximately 8AM to 5PM EST, though once in a while there is one on during the weekends and/or evenings.
