I've built three MCX lowers with the use of the stock adapter. SIG sells an MCX lower parts kit for $100 plus tax and shipping. The lower kit has the dual safety levers and dual mag releases just like the MCX so that the controls are the same. The lower parts kit does NOT include a SIG two stage trigger. The extractor kit comes with pins and springs with inserts for a much more reasonable price. The bolt for the Spear in 7.62x39 is completely different. I suspect that the Virtus bolt and the Spear 5.56 bolt are the same, but I don't know for certain.
