Imo it gotta be Superior Survivors. I dunno I just feel like it is the best, not much lag like other ones and ability to add modded outfits to them with an addon (For example Small Town Survivors). Superior survivors is by far the "best" NPC mod but it has primitive AI due to engine/game or whatever limitations it has.In Project Zomboid, normally its just you surviving against the world. However, with the superb survivors mod, you can survive with NPCS! The mod is amazing ...Though they can be handy for drawing the zombies to them so you can sneak away. My sole purpose for having this mod is to have the late-game challenge of raiders armed with guns and friendly NPC's for corpse disposal lol. The pile corpses feature is life changing, even if you don't use the mod for anything else.
