Tuesday, July 5th, 2022 11:28 PM. Closed. Tv not working but internet is working RDK-03004. RDK-03033. I have had 3 new cable boxes in the last 40 days. I have had 3 techs out in the last 20 days. They have replaced the line from the pole to my house. They have replaced the splitter to my cable/modem box twice.
My X1 box says IPSt and is giving me an RDK-03004 code on the screen. My modem just keeps blinking. I spoke to three different technicians on the phone- the first sounded inebriated and I apparently interrupted her dinner. The second one the call dropped and the third one said no one can come out until Wednesday.
