If this was a small child who was too young to understand that the hamster wasn’t a toy I would put full blame on the parents, but the fact that this is a pre teen deliberately torturing this animal.. actually concerning and scary behavior. I went to the Ginza Art Aquarium Museum today thinking I’d see beautiful fish and well taken care of enclosures as well as them being beautifully presented. Boy was I wrong…. This is pure animal abuse and this museum should never be supported by any true fish keeper. The tanks are EXTREMELY tiny, there are constant flashing lights, and more.
