I just increased to .5 last Saturday and was anticipating the same side effects I felt when I started oz .25, which were headache, nausea, stomach uneasiness, fatigue, heartburn and sulfur burps. However, to my surprise, it was very mild. No headache, very little nausea and heartburn.
