One that cannot be sniffed, hacked, keylogged, etc. (at least not on any practical level for what you have that someone would hack for). Yeah, it's an extra step for you to push that little button and type in the code it displays. When it asks for your key, there will be an option along the lines of "don't have it." Click that option and it will send you an email to deactivate your key. Then just login to your account at the website with just username and password.
