Their buses go to their terminal in BA where they have storeage lockers. The lockers are behind the ticket counter. From there their vans can take you to a not too far away location for a very low cost. Although, i never had an occasion to use their lockers, I use their airport buses fairly often.

Very walkable, interesting street fair with many great offerings. San Telmo, Palermo, and Recoleta are very safe during the day using normal precautions.

The main issue we find is the long wait (10-15 minutes) for the uber to arrive. After clearing customs, I bought a SUBE card at the "25 Horas" kiosk and then went directly to Taxi Ezeiza where I charged the taxi to CC ($22 USD).The hotel is not trying to rip you off. The law says you have to pay the 21% VAT tax whenever you pay in cash, and that includes US bills in cash.
