I prefer contraverse hold because the result per combat loop is easier to execute and higher yield. All I need to do is toss a nade at either groups or a high health target to weaken them for my weapons/teammates. Fully charged contra top tree vortex grenades will double proc pretty much everything, like your arm mods, well mods (one grenade makes 4 Wells if it kills early and also on the last tick), and contra itself with double refund. You will very rarely see Nezarac's yet will often see CHol in Day 1 raids and GMs for example. Doesn't mean people don't us it and Nez is great. But simply put, Contraverse is better.
