Managers can’t make you get an occurrence as long as you enter enough ppto. It’s an automatic system. If you don’t have/use enough ppto and get a point, they have the ability to remove the point(s), but as long as enough ppto is used correctly, it’s out of their hands

Also you cannot be coached for using PPTO. Never put PPTO in ahead of the day you want to use it. It will probably get denied.
