Group discount starts at 2 people so a ticket for 2 is 240/480 SEK. Single ticket for one just for train is 88 DKK (~134SEK), day pass is 160DKK (~244SEK). Save. You need to go into 2 museums or attractions a day to get value out of the copenhagen card. If that is not in your plan, get the city card instead. Even with the city card you may not get value because copenhagen is best seen by foot or bicycle. The best alternative is the bus for sitting and sightseeing.
