GypsyR. Just the floats and needles are "non-adjustable". You can still adjust them, you just have to do it by bending the float arms like a number of other carburetors. If you ask me, you're missing nothing. When you adjust the floats you're mostly just trying to return them to the factory correct setting anyway.
