I am very happy to say Jim from Keller Interiors and a flooring installer for Lowes dramatically changed our minds. This company subcontracts with Lowe's in our area. Lowes sucked, but that's a separate review. The only person that was professional and friendly with Keller was Gillian who set up the drop off and install date. Lowe's evidently works exclusively with a sham of a company called Keller Interiors. It appears to be national and offers franchises throughout the country. Two days prior to the install, Keller called to say they had a cancellation and could move up our install date.
