Have a ranged art on Uchigatana, like Hoarfrost (this art is absolutely broken). Have Nagakiba with bloody slash as a bleed weapon with good reach.Nagakiba vs Moonveil Katana. Currently level 50. These have less bleed build up as they don't add bleed to a weapon, but far higher Arcane scaling. The result is that an inherent bleed weapon with Occult is going to do more damage on the same build with the same weapon but infused with bleed, while still having very similar levels of bleed because of the scaling being so much higher in arcane.
