Edit: After much trial and error, I got both the WoW UI and ElvUI versions synced and working. They're almost exactly the same layout, with ElvUI showing buff and debuff timer bars over the player and target unit frames, respectively (can't do these bars in WoW UI). Here are the equivalent action bars between WoW and ElvUI: WoW AB 1 = ElvUI AB 1.If you setup one for each spec it can copy across toons too. It does also work with talent loadouts, gear, etc too. Found an addon called Button Forge. It will let you create new action bars that look the same as the WOW UI. I just created 3 new action bars with this addon and disabled those bars in WOW UI.It's just the way WoW/ElvUI is coded, bar 7-9 are the default for action paging(e.g bar 1 becomes bar 7 in cat form, 8 in bear form, 9 in moonkin form or something similar). Didn't double check the specific numbers but you get the idea. Use bars 1-6 or change the action paging options in your action bar settings at the bottom.I tried changing them using the sounds options but it only changes the sound when the ability is targeted on me not when it goes off generally. You have to go into the OmniCC settings into the exceptions and add "WeakAuras" (or whatever the basename that shows up in fstack is...may just be Weakaura) to it so it doesn't try to put the CD over the aura. Never had that problem before, I've had a double timer because of another addon interfering.
