Basically, I'm trying to complete the shrine quest where someone stole the sheikah heirloom, a shrine ball. To do that, I need to do By Firefly's Light sidequest. I think you need to have done the Great Fairy Shrine quest (showing the painter a picture of it, available after getting the camera) and the Quest with the 10 Cucco you need to find.
