I tried to start it the other day with a new battery and now there is no Crank,no start. I don't get power to the starter when key is turned to crank. Also the dash light with a car with a lock through it is on. If I put power to the solenoid wire the van will crank but no start.Leave the ignition in the ON position for 10-14 minutes.
