The only two I would recommend are Last Sarkorian and Midnight Isles. Last Sarkorian adds a new companion who is reasonably well integrated with the game. His personal quest has a pretty large new zone, and it also introduces lots of items and spells to boost natural attacks, making druids/pets better.Whatever level you're at (I was about 16.8) you go straight to 38. You loose all but the first 2 mythic ranks, your third rank is just the +4 stats and corruption resistance (no ability). You can still level up past 38, but your experience bar looks maxed out.
