Look for alnico 2 & 3 magnets. These are more creamy grit, BUT, I sold my p-90 Lollars casue they were too polite;original Lollars. But they have their place for a Jazzy sound. I have found most p-90's when they are screaming,clean up nicely when you lower the volume3 on the guitar.

I assume Supro, Airline, Silvertone and others fit into that ideology but from the looks of it, the current Harmony does not.

The biggest of the Strat reissues. The 10/56 is a V to C profile and I don't believe it's on every single '56 style guitar, so be careful. Not as small or as pronounced of a V as the Clapton Strats.
