Pto you can use as long as you want as long as you have enough to cover the time you need. For upt, you can't use upt for 3 days straight. But I don't know if this for 3 days of shifts or if 1 hour each day counts. Anyone can correct me on that but I know you can't use upt for 3 days straight or it would be counted at job abandonment.
