Well as moonveil scales primarily with intelligence (you can't change its affinity) I'd change uchigatana's affinity (weather that's cold or int) and respec the dex (other than the weapon requirements) to intelligence. That being said you might as well use some spells seeing as you'll have the intelligence anyway.
